• 1 C dates, cut fine
  
• 1/2 C nuts
  
• 2 eggs, separated
  
• 4 T cream
  
• 1 C sugar
  
• 1/4 C butter
  






Instructions



1. Mix all but the egg whites. Fold stiffly beaten whites in last. In unbaked pie crust, bake at 350 degrees f. for 1/2 hour.
   
   
2. Serve with whipped cream. Cheese balls go well with this.
