    List of Ingredients




    single crust pie recipe for 9 inch pie plate
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 C sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 C milk, scalded
    1 C Bakers coconut, premium shred

    Recipe



    Line a deep dish pie plate with the crust.
    Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake in hot 450 degree F. oven, for 10 minutes. decrease temperature to 300 and bake 30 minutes longer. Cool.
