    Serves 8.

    List of Ingredients




    filling;
    2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
    3/4 C sugar
    3/4 C whipping cream
    1/2 C sour cream
    1 T vanilla ext

    4 C assorted berries or fruit

    Pecan shortbread pie crust
    Crush 20 pecan shortbread cookies into crumbs. Melt 5 T butter.
    Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press into bottom and sides of 9" pie plate.
    In a 350 degree F. oven, bake the crust 10 minutes, it will firm as it cools. Cool completely.

    With mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix on low until incorporated. Mix on medium until smooth, 2 minutes.

    Spoon into pie crust, spread evenly. Chill several hours or overnight. Before serving top with fruit.
