    2 C fruit juice
    1 1/4 C sugar
    6 T cornstarch
    nut or crumb cracker crust
    whipped cream

    Recipe



    Combine the sugar and cornstarch. Add juice and boil until it thickens. Pour it into the prepared crust. Top with whipped cream if desired.
