List of Ingredients
2 pounds beef, cut into bite size pieces
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes with gren chili, undrained
1 C assorted pitted olives, cut in half
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
cooked basmati rice
1/2 C crumbled feta cheeseRecipe
Place beef, tomatoes and olives in 3 1/2 -5 1/2 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours, or on high for5-6 hours, or until beef is fork tender.Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice and sprinkle with cheese.
