    List of Ingredients




    1 C chopped onions
    1 C raw rice
    3 T butter
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 C water
    1/2 tsp marjoram
    1/2 tsp summer savory
    1 tsp rosemary
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Saute onion with rice in butter until both are yellow and rice begins to parch white. Add bouillon cubes, water and herbs. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Let rest off the burner with the lid on for 10 minutes.
