    Brussel Sprout Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
    1 apple, shredded
    1 C toasted walnuts, chopped
    1/4 C grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano cheese
    1/4 C olive oil
    1/4 C lemon juice
    1/2 tsp coarse salt
    freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Place Brussels sprouts and apples in a mixing bowl and toss lightly to separate the layers of sprouts. Add nuts and cheese.

    Combine remaining ingredients, whisking well. Drizzle over salad and toss well. Serve immediately.
