    Simple-Chick Pea Salad

    List of Ingredients

    Dressing;

    2 T lemon juice
    6 T dry red wine
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp smoky paprika
    1 tsp sea salt
    3/4 C olive oil.

    Salad;
    1 can garbanzos, drained
    10 stuffed green olives, coarsely chopped
    1/2 tsp chopped jalapeno
    2 large stalk celery. chopped
    5 sprigs parsley, minced

    Recipe

    Combine dressing ingredients. set aside. Make the salad and toss with the dressing. Serve at room temperature. Serve as is or in a lettuce cup.
