Simple-Garden Macaroni Salad

List of Ingredients

1/4 C mayonnaise
8-oz cream cheese
1/4 C sweet pickle relish
1 T mustard
1 C chopped cucumber
1/2 C chopped red bell pepper
1/2 C radish slices
2 T chopped scallion
1/2 tsp salt
7-oz cooked elbow macaroni


Recipe

Combine mayonnaise and cream cheese until well blended. Stir in relish and mustard. Mix lightly. Add remaining ingredients and chill several hours.
