Simple-Grapefruit Salad

List of Ingredients

3 T nam pla fish sauce
juice of 2 limes (3 T)
1 T firmly packed brown sugar
1 Large grapefruit
2 T coarsely chopped peanuts
1 T finely chopped shallots
1 C coarsely chopped mint
2-3 bird chilies, seeded and finely chopped
Bibb lettuce


Recipe

Combine fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside.
Segment the grapefruit. Add the nuts, shallots, mint and chilies. Toss to combine. Drizzle the reserved dressing over and toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.
