    Simple Pineapple Date Salad

    California Date Growers Association, Indio CA
    Place slices of pineapple on a bed of water cress. Put a fresh date which has been stuffed with cream cheese on top of each slice of pineapple. Top with pecan or walnut half. This makes a cool and delicious summer salad for a buffet dinner.
