    1 tsp ginger, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, slice in rings
    1 small carrot, 2 inch julienne strips
    3/4 C water
    1 T soy sauce
    1 T vinegar
    2 T sugar
    3 T ketchup
    2 tsp tapioca starch in 1 T water
    1/2 C red bell peppers, sliced thin

    Recipe



    Saute ginger in 1 tablespoon oil for 20 seconds, add onion and carrots, cook 1 minute. Add water, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, salt and pepper to taste and let boil 2-3 minutes. Add tapioca, stir to thicken. remove from heat and add red pepper. Pour the sauce over fried fish. Serve hot.
