Hazelnut Butter for Broiled Fish

6 oz butter, room temperature
4 oz, roasted, peeled and chopped hazelnuts
2 tsp chopped parsley
2 tsp minced shallot
pinch salt
pinch cayenneRecipe
Blend butter, nuts, parsley, shallots and cayenne.
1 1/2 minutes before fish fillets are done, spread them with the hazelnut butter. Return to the broiler to finish cooking.
