    3 pink grapefruit
    1 C diced cucumber
    2 T chopped red onion
    2 T chopped mint
    1 tsp sugar
    pepper sauce to taste
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Squeeze 3/4 cup juice from 1 grapefruit and reserve. Remove peel and white pith from remaining grapefruit. Cut the segments from grapefruit.

    Toss together all ingredients. Serve.
