    List of Ingredients




    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 C parsley, chopped
    olive oil
    1 C chopped mushrooms
    2 T butter
    Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Saute the first 3 ingredients in the oil. Add mushrooms, they will thicken the sauce, add a little water or stock if needed.Add butter. Combine with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
