Process 1 clove of garlic and 2 tablespoons onion, until chopped. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne and dash coconut extract. Stir in 1/4 cup milk. Process until smooth. Heat until slightly thickened.
