    Sauce for polenta

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound chicken, in 1 inch cubes
    • 2 T oil
    • 2/3 C diced ham
    • 1/2 of a small fennel bulb, diced
    • 1/2 C chicken stock
    • 1/2 C dry sherry
    • 2 minced garlic cloves
    • 2 tsp orange zest


    Instructions


    1. Cook chicken. Saute ham and fennel in same pan. Add broth, sherry, garlic, and orange zest. Cook 2 minutes, return chicken to pan and cook 4 minutes.Serve on polenta.
