    Thai Style Curry Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 tsp minced caribbean red chili
    1 chilpotle chili (canned)
    and 1 tsp of the adobo sauce from can
    1 tsp dried powdeed shrimp
    1/8 tsp cracked pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 tsp dried, ground ginger powder
    1/8 C minced garlic (to taste)
    1/4 C chopped onion

    Recipe

    Run all but the cilatro through the food processor. mince the cilantro and add.
    To use for fish; Saute fish(in 2 inch cubes), until it begins to loose its translucency. Add curry sauce and simmer a few minutes. Serve over noodles or rice
