    1/2 C whipping cream
    2 T butter
    4 oz white chocolate, chopped
    2 T Amaretto liquer
    cherries for dipping

    Recipe



    Heat cream and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add white chocolate, stirring frequently, until melted. Stir in Amaretto. Pour into a small bowl and let cool. Serve with cherries for dipping
