    Makes about 2 1/4 cups.

    List of Ingredients




    1 small onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 C olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 T chili powder
    1 1/2 C tomato paste
    1/2 C ketchup
    6 T lemon or lime juice

    Recipe



    Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes or until thick.
    Use as barbeque sauce or to reheat cold meats in.
