    3 C flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 T sugar
    1 C butter
    1 eggs
    1/2 C cream
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Combine all ingredients and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut in 1x3 inch strips with pastry cutter. Place on cookie sheet. Slash each cookie and form into semi-circles. Brush with slightly beaten egg white and sprinkle with crushed loaf sugar and chopped almonds.
