List of Ingredients




3 eggs
1 C sifted cake flour
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe



Beat eggs to a stiff froth. Add sugar and beat in. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Add vanilla.Beat well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets 3 inches apart. Bake 400 degrees F. 5 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and quickly fold into lily forms with last edge folded down. Cool.
Centers can be filled with whipped cream and garnished with candied fruit if desired. A variety of fillings can be used.
