    5-6 strips bacon diced
    1 medium size onion, minced
    2 C cold milk
    2 C boiled potatoes
    flour to thicken
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    Brown bacon and onion in skillet, then add milk and boil for a minute or so. This add to the flavor. Then add potatoes. make thickening of flour and a little milk, add this to the potatoes and cook until done. Season as desired. Chives or parsley may be added for color.
