    Fish dumplings

    prepare 6 ounces of uncooked fish removed from the skin and bone. Pass this twice through through a mincer. Mix with a spoonful of butter, a spoonful of flour and season to taste. Work with a wooden spoon until the mixture will hold together when shaped into balls. Poach in boiling water and serve with fish soup
