    1 large pickeral
    3 qts water
    1 onion,minced
    salt
    pepper
    1 egg
    1 C sour cream
    parsley if desired

    Recipe



    Cut pickeral into pieces for serving. Boil until tender, 15 minutes, in salted water with onion added. Remove fish to heated platter. Strain stock. Beat eggs and combine with sour cream and add to the stock. Season to taste. Heat soup, but do not boil. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve fish with melted butter ans chopped parsley.
