2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 C cream
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
3 C flour

Recipe



Beat eggs until light, then beat in sugar. Add melted butter and cream. Add dry ingredients, using just enough flour so dough can be easily rolled out. Roll dough very thin, cut into diamond shapes, using a fattigman cutter. Cut slit in center and pull lower tip of cookie through the slit. Deep fat fry until light brown.
