    1/3 c butter
    3/4 C sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    2 C grated potatoes
    1 1/2 C ground almonds

    Recipe



    Beat sugar, butter, egg yolks and potatoes until thoroughly mixed. Add almonds, mixing well. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a buttered and bread crumbed cake pan. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Serve with lemon sauce.
