Uses platte panna.

List of Ingredients

1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 C cream, whipped
2 C flour


Recipe

Beat eggs, Add sugar,whipped cream, butter and nutmeg. add enough flour to handle easily, testing on hot iron. Place one teaspoonful of dough on iron and bake until a very light brown. Roll quickly on stick. or press into patty shell which can be used for ice cream or fruit.
