Spice rub for ribs and steaks

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C paprika, Hungarian sweet or smoked
- 2 T seasoned salt
- 2 T garlic salt
- 2 T onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground allspice
- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground dried chipotle chili
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together All ingredients. Rub generously on ribs a couple of hours before smoking or grilling For steaks, apply about 30 minutes before grilling.
- Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 months.
