    Obviously this is for a restaurant, so the servings it makes is a large number. Needs to be cut back.



    List of Ingredients




    1 lb bacon, diced
    1/4 cup smoked ham, diced
    6 cups chopped onion
    1/4 cup flour
    6 cups minced clams, drained
    12 cups diced tomatoes
    6 cups milk
    salt and pepper to taste




    Recipe



    Saute bacon and ham until brown. Drain. Add onions and saute until cooked. Stir in flour; add potatoes. Cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are very soft. Add milk and clams and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with a dallop of butter and sprinkling of paprika on top.
