Dirty Rice Dressing

List of Ingredients
1 C rice
1 pound ground meat
1 pound ground giblets
1/2 pound butter
1 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped bell pepper
1/2 C chopped celery
1 clove garlic, pressed
salt
pepper
hot sauce to taste
pinch thyme
pinch basil
1 bunch green onions with tops
1 T minced parsley
gravy made from fat of the fowlRecipe
Steam rice. Meanwhile saute meat and giblets in 1/4 pound butter until browned. In another skillet saute the vegetables with the seasonings in 1/4 pound butter. Add rest of ingredients. Mix all and moisten with gravy from fowl.
