    1 medium potato, per person
    1/2 T butter
    1/2 T oil, per potato
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Bake or microwave the potatoes, (3 minutes per potato for microwave).
    Cool potatoes until easily handled, then grate them.
    Heat the oil and butter and cook potatoes until desired brownness. Season with salt and pepper. Flip and brown other side.

    Var; Chopped onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and, or garlic can be mixed with the potatoes before browning.
