    Recipe Introduction

    6 servings

    List of Ingredients

1/4 C. Italian or Greek salad dressing (or)
    1lb. ground beef
    1 C. cooked (brown-or) rice
6 peppers, assorted or the same
1 Tbs. of Italian seasoning- oregano, parsley with basil
1 sm. onion, chopped or diced
    2 C. your favorite sauce
    1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 C. mozzarella

    Recipe

Cook the ground beef, stirring often to keep the meat like taco filling. While cooking, add the onion and Italian seasoning. Drain the beef and add it to the rice in a bowl. Next, add the salad dressing and sauce. Mix it well. Slice peppers whichever way they will hold more. De-seed and rinse. Fill each pepper with as much of the mixture as possible. Take a spoon and spread excess mixture off. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then cover each one with mozzarella. Put in oven for 10 more minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
