    Succotash Stew

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 C cooked baby limas
    1/2 c cooked corn, cut from the cob
    1/2 C cooked garbanzo beans
    1/2 c chopped tomatoes
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 C cut green beans, cooked
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp chopped dill weed
    1/4 C minced garlic chives
    paprika to taste
    salt to taste
    1 C chicken broth or tomato juice

    Recipe

    Saute the onion in a little oil. Add rest of ingredients and cook to a stew. (however moist or dry you like it).
    Var; if you are in a hurry use canned ingredients in place of fresh. You may have to reduce the liquid.
