    Peaches and Cream Cake

    I got this recipe from my Aunt Juanita. I have never made it, but I have eaten it many times. It's delicious!

    List of Ingredients

    2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese -- softened
    29 oz. can sliced peaches -- drained but save juice
    3/4 cup sugar
    5 Tablespoons reserved peach juice
    1 box yellow cake mix without pudding -- Duncan Hines
    1 small (4 serving) box instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup oil
    1 cup cold water

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat cream cheese, 5 T. peach juice, and sugar until fluffy. Set aside.

    Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, and water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. (I would just use Pam and no flour)

    Line peaches on top of batter.

    Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of peaches evenly and gently.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool.

    Note: I believe she stores this in the fridge.
