    Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

    Source of Recipe

    Cooking Light, Jan/Feb '03, pg. 191

    Recipe Introduction

Very simple and very tasty. Serve with basmati rice and broccoli.

    List of Ingredients

    4 (4 oz.) boneless pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick) -- (I used 4 bone-in loin chops)
    1/4 t. salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 T. honey

    Recipe

Heat a large non-stick skillet coated with Pam over med-high heat.

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.

Add pork to pan and cook about 4 min. on each side or until done. Remove from pan.

Combine vinegar and honey and add to pan, scraping to loosen browned bits. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Return pork to pan; turn to coat. Serve.
