    MR. B'S NEW ORLEANS BARBECUED SHRIMP

    List of Ingredients

    8 each jumbo shrimp, heads on
    6 oz. cold unsalted butter - cut into cubes
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper - cracked
    1 tsp. Creole Seasoning
    4 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    3 Tbl. water
    Juice of 1/2 lemon

    Recipe

    1. In a sauté pan over medium-high heat, place all ingredients except butter. Cook until shrimp turn pink (æ cooked).

    2. Turn heat down to medium and add butter, an ounce at a time, stirring constantly. When all butter is melted, remove from heat.

    3. Place shrimp in a bowl and pour sauce over shrimp. Serve with slices of French bread for dipping.

    Serves 1
