Recipe Introduction
My grandmother used to make her version of Heavenly Hamburger for me when I needed a comfort food. It is easy quick and really fun to make.
List of Ingredients
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
6 Green onions (chopped)green stems and all
1 tbl spoon of garlic
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
2 cups of grated chedder cheese
8 oz of sour cream
8 oz of cream cheese
2 lbs of Hamburger meat
1 pack of medium egg noodlesRecipe
Brown Hamburger and garlic in a skillet. Put egg noodles on to boil. In a seperate bowl mix sour cream, cream cheese and chopped green onions. mix with a hand mixer til well blended. When hamburger and garlic is browned take off heat and mix in Cream of Mushroom soup. Pour into casserole dish. Combine meat mixture and onion mixture and mix well. Put grated chedder cheese on top. Place in the oven on 300 degrees for 15 mins or until cheese is brown.
