    This is a delious recipe that my mother used to fix for me all the time. hope you enjoy.

    List of Ingredients




    1 to 2 lbs of sirloin steak
    1 1/2 cups flour
    Wosturshire sauce
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of golden mushroom soup
    ketchup
    salt and pepper
    2 can of mushrooms
    1 large onion
    5 cloves of garlic
    1 large bag of medium egg noodles
    1 8 oz carton of sour cream
    olive oil
    Poppy seeds

    cut steak into one inch cubes marinade in 1 bottle of woshtershire sauce and salt and pepper over night if possible or at least 2 hours. saute onions garlic and mushrooms in olive oil in a large pot pour flour into a paper plate or pastic bag and coat meat in it. Add to pan and brown add a half a cup of water and rest of marinade if too thick and unable to stir. after meat has browned add both cans of cream of mushroom soup and golden mushroom soup.let simmer for 45 mins stiring occationally

    Boil noodles until done and drain pour sprinkle poppy seeds and stir until noodles have a light coating of poppy seeds.

    take sauce off heat stir in the sour cream and pour in noodles stir. serve hot.
