    Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

    List of Ingredients




    * 2 large, ripe bananas
    * 10 ice cubes
    * 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
    * 1/2 cup milk, yogurt or half-and-half
    * 1/4 cup peanut butter

    Recipe



    Cut the bananas into chunks. Put them into a blender with the
    remaining ingredients.
    Blend to a puree. Thin with a little more milk or water if too
    thick. Serve immediately.
