    Mustard Bourbon Kabobs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
    • 4 T. dijon mustard
    • 4 T. brown sugar
    • 2 T. bourbon
    • 2 T. soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. In self-sealing plastic bag, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight (6-24 hours).
    2. Remove pork from marinade and thread on skewers. (Note: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for an hour before using to prevent burning.) Broil kabobs about 4 inches from heat source, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, until nicely browned.
