Spicy Steak Salad

2.5 lb beef filet (sirloin or tenderloin) cut large bite-size
5 - 7 hot red chile peppers, seeded and cut in small pieces
1 tsp pepper (regular black)
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp of garlic salt
1 Tbsp oil
1 small head of lettuce, torn in small pieces
2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
3 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup oil
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp water
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine the beef, worch. sauce, peppers, garlic salt and oil. Marinate 2 hours in the fridge. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers on a large plate. Chill. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat. Fry the beef in batches until the pink is gone. Pour remaining marinade in and add all the cooked beef. Stir until the liquid is hot. Remove from heat immediately and put on top of the chilled lettuce plate. In the same pan, put the rest of the ingredients and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour this over the meat at once and serve.
