Tear Jerker Marinade

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 c. cilantro leaves
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
juice from 1 lime or 2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in blender; blend about 2 minutes, or until mixture is finely pureed. Pour into jars and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
To use as marinade, pour over any meat and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Can also be used as a basting sauce while grilling.
Keeps in refrigerator 1 week.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
