    Chocolate Rocky Road Snack Pops

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. 1% lowfat milk

    1/2 c. chocolate lowfat frozen togurt OR ice cream

    1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast

    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

    2 Tbsp. nuts, chopped

    5 (3 oz.) paper cups

    5 wooden craft sticks

    Recipe



    Place milk, frozen yogurt, and instant breakfast in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Pour evenly into paper cups. Cover tops of cups with foil. Insert wooden stick through foil into center of each pop.

    Freeze for about 3 hours or until firm. Store pops covered in freezer for up to 2 weeks.

    Remove foil; peel away paper cups before serving.
