    1 1/2 c. ice

    3/4 c. peach nectar

    1 whole peach, pitted and sliced (unpeeled)

    1 Tbsp. bottled sweetened lime juice

    2 Tbsp. nonalcoholic grenadine syrup

    Optional garnish: fresh mint sprigs, lime wedges, or peach slices.

    Recipe



    Combine ice, peach nectar, peach slices, and sweetened lime juice in blender. Blend until smooth.

    Presentation: Pour 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup into bottom of each of two 12 ounce glasses. Pour frozen peach mixture on top of grenadine. Syrup should partially mix, sending brilliant red streaks to top of glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint, wedge of lime, or peach slice.

    Makes two 12 ounce servings.
