    Artichoke Cheese Dip in Bread Bowl


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 10 inch round Italian Bread
    • 1 can artichokes (soup size)
    • 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded
    • 1 cup monterary jack shredded
    • 1 cup mayo
    • 1 clove minced garlic
    • 1 onion chopped fine (about 1/2 cup)
    • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (the good kind)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.

    2. Hollow out the bread, (save the pieces for dipping)

    3. Chop the artichokes and Mix all ingredients together and put into bread.

    4. Put top back on bread. Wrap in foil

    5. bake for 1 1/2 hrs til done.



    Final Comments


    Can use plain tortilla chips for dipping too.
