    Teriyaki Meatballs

    Teriyaki Meatballs

    1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
    2 eggs
    2 Tbls flour
    1 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tbls cornstarch
    1/4 c sugar
    1/2 c soy sauce
    1 14 oz can beef broth
    1/4 c white wine or water
    2 tbls minced ginger
    2 tbls minced garlic
    Combine beef, flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix lightly shape into 1 inch balls. Place in baking pan and bake at 400 for 15 - 20 min. Mix cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, beef broth, wine, ginger and garlic and cook until thick. Add meatballs and simmer for 1/2 hr.
    Make about 50
