    Grandma Rose's Fudge

    Recipe Introduction


    This was my husbands Grandmothers recipe. Very creamy and, it doesn't need to be refrigerated.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Cups Sugar
    • 3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
    • 2 Tbsp Butter
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 12 oz bag chips
    • 1 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Bring sugar, evap. milk, butter and salt to a boil

    2. Stir continuously, BOIL for 2 minutes

    3. Remove from heat and stir in chips and vanilla

    4. You may add chopped nuts if desired

    5. Stir until chips are melted

    6. Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan

    7. Chill til firm. Cut into squares



    Final Comments


    Store in sealed container.
