Grandma Rose's Fudge
Recipe Introduction
This was my husbands Grandmothers recipe. Very creamy and, it doesn't need to be refrigerated.
List of Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz bag chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Bring sugar, evap. milk, butter and salt to a boil
- Stir continuously, BOIL for 2 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in chips and vanilla
- You may add chopped nuts if desired
- Stir until chips are melted
- Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan
- Chill til firm. Cut into squares

Store in sealed container.
