    Shrimp Casserole

    Combine:

    2 Cups small shell macaroni (after it has been cooked)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 Cup mayonaise
    1/2 Cup onion chopped
    1/2 Cup bell pepper chopped
    1 1/2 Cups celery chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 cans of shrimp or 1 lb fresh shrimp (cooked til almost done)

    Place into greased casserole dish.

    Topping:

    Combine 1 1/2 Cups dry bread crumbs with 3/4 stick melted butter. Stir in 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on top of caserole. Then sprinkle about 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan on top.

    Bake at 350 for 30 min til golden and bubbly
