Filled Lekvar Cookies

My Great Grandmother used to make these every Christmas,





List of Ingredients



• 8 oz cream cheese
  
• 1/2 lb butter
  
• 2 - 3 Cups Flour
  
• dash of salt
  
• Lekvar Prune Filling OR Solo Filling
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350
   
   
2. Combine all ingredients (except the filling)
   
   
3. Roll out like a pie crust.
   
   
4. Cut into 1 inch squares put a little filling in center pinch closed corner to corner to resemble a bowtie.
   arrange on a cookie sheet
   
   
5. Bake for 15 - 20 min
